A combo of some of the dyfi forest and some climax, being led by a hard core mate. Nearly had a heart attack at one point I think, but the ticker made it thru!! Serious climbs on single track, then on and up to the finale of the climax :). Fun sesh. Hope to get out the next 2 days if the brownie points provaile!
